I used to walk 2 hours a day a couple of years ago, without changing the way I ate hardly at all and lost 5 pounds in a month...Understand that it was almost everyday and I didn&#039;t do it fast, just regular walking or small steps..When I want to watch a movie I just put on my runners, with my treadmill on 2.5 and I am going at a pace that doesn&#039;t bug me at all while watching..AND in 2 hours (most movies nowadays are getting to be that long w/trailers from other movies in it) and BAM that is 5 miles walked!! I am going to try this all over again, have post preggars weight to get rid of! Starting today!</description>

		<description>I have been walking 2 hours everyday including weekends for the past 2 weeks straight. The weight hasn&#039;t gone down as much as I wanted, but my pants are starting to feel looser and dropped a total of 5 pounds.

I can&#039;t do 2 hours straight, so I walk once in the morning or afternoon, and once after dinner.

2 more weeks and I&#039;ll be able to hit my goal.</description>
