		<description>Great post! I injured my back yesterday when exercising (I am always pulling something or another) and as always I used walking to make it better.

I found an interesting article in The Times newspaper that said most doctors believe the best cure for back pain is a walk and paracetamol. I think a lot of people underestimate how beneficial adding walking to your daily routine can be.

I look forward to reading more of your blog.</description>
